2016
Jacquie’s latest accolade, this stunning Sugar Art piece called “The Garden Party” winning first place in the Queensland Cake Expo. June 2016.

2015 
In May of 2015, Jacquie demonstrated at the National Seminar for the NSW Cake Decorating Guild. Her breathtaking works included a Keepsake Box and French Country Platter, as well as other Cake Art.

Her employment enabled her to continue training with industry experts who fuelled her relentless passion for beauty and perfection.

In July 2015, Jacquie decided to start her own business, specialising in designer and boutique wedding cakes.  She also teaches cake decorating and sugarcraft to individuals and small groups.

The move into owning her own business has allowed Jacquie to push forward with her unique style of designer cakes.  Her delightful and distinct personality shines through; Jacquie has a tireless energy and intense passion, so evident in all of her incredible creations.

In August 2015, Jacquie entered the Queensland Cake Decorators National Competition, and won 1st place and also “Best Exhibit” for her entry in the “Steam Punk” section.

2014
In 2014, Jacquie decided to enter a National Competition, it was The Australian Cake Decorating Championships at the Cake Bake and Sweet Show in Sydney.  She entered 2 categories,  Professional Novelty and Professional Sugar Art.

Jacquie was a finalist in the  Professional Novelty category and won first place in Professional Sugar Art.   It was her stunning entry, Cornucopia or Horn of Plenty that also won her the title of Overall Australian Champion for 2014. The amazing Cornucopia featured in the August issue of the popular Australasian Baker Magazine.

2011
By 2011, Jacquie began teaching her art in a leading cake decorating and supply shop on the Gold Coast.  In November of that year, she was invited to lead and manage their cake department.

Over the next few years, Jacquie used her creative expertise to produce many exceptional cakes, while also designing and teaching cake decorating to a multitude of classes.  Her skill and immense talent were evident right from the start, this gave her students the chance to receive the best tuition possible. Jacquies's cake decorating classes were always popular.


2010
In 2010, Jacquie entered Queensland Cake Decorators annual competition with two stunning cakes, winning first place in her division with a wedding “Hat Box” and a 3rd for an unfinished entry that also won an award for the most unusual design.  She also completed her first major demonstration for Queensland Cake Decorators at this show.

In the same year, Jacquie entered the Gold Coast Show again. This time with two cakes, winning 1st place in both the wedding cake and novelty section.  She also won Grand Champion for the 2nd time with her novelty “Antique Diving Helmet”.

Jacquie's amazing cake decorating technique is truly breathtaking and her creations exquisite!

2009
Jacquie Goldstaiz started her training in Feb 2009 and by August of that year she entered a cake in her first competition, winning 1st place and Grand Champion at the Gold Coast Show.  The start of a unique and exciting journey into the world of beautiful cakes and sugarcraft had begun!
